Acceptable use policy

You must not

• Access another company, user account or record without authorisation
• Upload malware, probe security controls or disrupt service availability
• Use the service for fraud, harassment, discrimination, unlawful surveillance or deceptive activity
• Send spam or use contact and messaging features without a lawful business purpose
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law expressly permits it
• Enter personal information that the customer has no authority or legitimate need to process

Fair use and automated activity

Integrations, scanners and automated workflows must use documented interfaces and reasonable request rates. Activity that harms performance or attempts to evade plan limits may be throttled or suspended.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant audit information, restrict affected access and cooperate with lawful requests. Where appropriate, we will give the customer a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem.
