Roles and scope
A company using PeopleVanta generally decides why employee, customer and operational information is entered and who may access it. PeopleVanta provides the service and processes that information to operate the customer’s workspace. For account administration, security, billing and direct enquiries, PeopleVanta also processes limited information for its own service operations.

Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with infrastructure, email, support and payment providers only as needed to deliver the service. Melo Pay receives payment-request details and transaction references; payment credentials and mobile-money PIN entry remain in the provider or network flow. Statutory information is sent to an authority only when an authorised customer workflow requests it or when disclosure is legally required.
Retention, access and requests
Information is retained for the active service, legitimate security and audit needs, applicable financial or employment record requirements, and configured customer retention. Requests to access, correct, restrict or delete information may depend on the customer company’s role and legal duties. Use the contact form so the request can be routed without publishing an email address.
